Introducing the SCDP Transition Committee

I am pleased to announce the creation of the 2017 SCDP Transition Committee.  The Transition Committee will evaluate the SCDP organization across the board and make recommendations to SCDP officers.  The Committee will work thoroughly and expeditiously so that we can effectively move forward and focus on the special elections across the state.

I thank these great Democrats for agreeing to serve on the Transition Committee.  We have a lot of work to do to turn South Carolina blue, and these accomplished and thoughtful committee members will ensure that we hit the ground running.  With Republican policies doing real harm, South Carolinians are counting on Democrats to offer alternatives that will improve the lives of our people.
