“Governor Kasich joins a field of Republican presidential candidates who favor name calling and defending divisive social issues over fighting for hardworking Americans. He’s distinguished himself by demonstrating his inability to handle the spotlight under scrutiny.“
“As an architect of the mid-1990’s federal government shut down, Governor Kasich continued his obstructionist policies as Governor of Ohio. Governor Kasich slashed funding for local governments and gutted education funding for public schools. Governor Kasich’s policies have been hurting Ohioans for years and will leave South Carolinians and other Americans worse off if given the chance.”
