Today we thank the women who brought us into the world and have worked so hard to make us the people we are. We celebrate their remarkable selflessness, knowing we cannot do so adequately in a single day.
As we thank our own mothers, we also reflect on how we can support all mothers. Because we know from our own experiences how significantly children are impacted by their mothers. To strengthen our future, we must strengthen our mothers and our families.
