Bakari Middleton, Richland County Democratic Party Chairman, will conduct a training session for precinct officers and members at our April 6 meeting. The precinct organizational meetings will take place in February, 2014. These meetings are very important for the 2014 election cycle.
Terri Jowers with Healthy Columbia, Community Organizing to Improve Health and Health Care will speak about issues health care and health care services in Lower Richland.
