Columbia, SC On Friday, May 2, Senator Tim Kaine will deliver the keynote address at the South Carolina Democratic Partys annual Jefferson/Jackson dinner at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. The dinner will honor the service of former Governor Dick Riley and kick off the SCDP’s annual Dem Weekend, which will focus on preparing for the 2014 elections.
