In this legislative session there are some very good bills, such as Rep. Bill Clyburn’s bill H3153 – Early no-excuse voting. This bill allows early voting 30 days before an election. And, on the other hand there are some very bad bills, such as H3101 – “Freedom of Health Care Protection Act,” which renders null & void certain unconstitutional laws enacted by the US Congress taking over the health insurance industry & mandating individuals to purchase health insurance.
