SC CONGRESSIONAL REPUBLICANS ACT OF SEDITION ON DISPLAY AS THEY FIGHT THE CONSTITUTIONAL AFFIRMATION OF ELECTORAL COLLEGE VOTE

COLUMBIA, SC— According to Blacks Law Dictionary, the trusted legal dictionary of law definitions and terms for over 100 years, sedition is defined as:
“An insurrectionary movement tending towards treason, but wanting an overt act; attempts made by meetings or speeches, or by publications, to disturb the tranquility of the state.
South Carolina Republicans are working to disturb the tranquility of the State by refusing to accept the results of the 2020 Electoral College results. This “sedition caucus” is as active in Washington as it is in Columbia and must be stopped.
“These Republican members of Congress claim to love our country and democracy yet they are attempting a coup to overthrow our government. This is the complete antithesis of Democracy and they should be arrested and tried for treason absence proof to support their fraudulent claims.” says Trav Robertson, Jr. SCDP Chairman.
The voters of South Carolina will not stand by while their elected officials deny the mandate of the people to make Joe Biden the 46th President. Furthermore, these same elected officials have taken an oath to protect the State from unconstitutional behaviors.
What Donald Trump, aided by Republicans in Congress is doing is not only unconstitutional but a flagrant violation of the law.
