SCDP Responds to Donald Trump’s planned visit to Columbia at Criminal Justice forum

According to recent reporting by Emma Dumain in McClatchy, Donald Trump will be participating in a criminal justice forum next week at Benedict College in Columbia, SC.

“Welcome to South Carolina, Mr. President,” said SCDP Chair Trav Robertson, Jr.

“We can’t wait to see how you explain your ethically compromised administrations policies on criminal justice. Over the past three weeks we have seen that Trump’s only concern with the law is how many ways he can find to break it. I am sure Trump’s lackey Lindsey Graham will be waiting to greet the President upon his arrival. I’m hopeful both Lindsey and President Trump are as eager to respond to the pressing questions the Congress is asking during the impeachment inquiry as they are to discuss this administrations failed polices regarding criminal justice.”
