The Executive Director of the SC Democratic Party issued this statement:
“If South Carolina Republicans drew fair maps, Democrats would hold three congressional seats and 40% of the state legislature. Good luck drawing seven districts that will send Republicans to D.C. Ralph Norman’s race-baiting redistricting proposal is nothing more than a political dog whistle.”
