“ The Journey Continues, Lest We Forget” Horry County Commemorates The 50th Anniversary of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, 60th Anniversary Brown v. Board of Education
and other major milestones of human, civil, political, educational and religious rights. Will be a service of great diversity and to be remembered fro years to come for it very spirited and outstanding speakers, singers and all that will join in to make it a great success.

On Sunday, June 29, 2014, 4:30 P.M. Commemorative Service will be hosted at the Mason Temple Church of God In Christ (COGIC), 1501 7th Ave. Conway, SC 29526 (located between 7th and Highland Avenues). Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. spoke at the Historic Mason Temple COGIC World Headquarters in Memphis, TN and we’ll be at the Historic Mason Temple in Conway.
