In a targeted effort to “Register 46” — Democrats are focused on communicating with and registering new voters in all 46 South Carolina counties. Register 46 seeks to meet demographic shifts across the state, including voters from traditionally “blue” states who are increasingly relocating to the Palmetto State, as well as first time and newly eligible voters joining the rolls.
