Democratic National Convention at March 12th meeting
Greenville, SC-Kevin Monroe, Deputy Director of Intergovernmental Affairs and Outreach for the Democratic National Convention Committee will be the guest speaker at the Monday, March 12th meeting of Democratic Women of Greenville County. Mr. Monroe will update the membership on planning for the Democratic National Convention to be held in Charlotte, NC the week of September 3rd, 2012.
Kevin Monroe is a native of North Carolina and a graduate of the University of NC at Chapel Hill. In 2008, Monroe served as the NC Political Director for the Obama-Biden Campaign and as the Chief of Staff to Charlotte Mayor Anthony Foxx.
The Monday, March 12th meeting will be held at The Phoenix Inn beginning at 12:15PM. The Phoenix Inn is located at 246 N. Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville.
